Refund policy
Return Policy:
I only accept returns on items that have had shipping damage, wrong item recieved, and items that are the wrong size than what you ordered. Sale Items, Promotional Items, and Offer Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellation Policy:
I do not accept cancellations on orders that have been placed on Amazon. If there are extenuating circumstances, please message me using the contact buyer button on Amazon.
Exempt From Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Lighter Belt Buckles, Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use and/or items that have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or shipping damage.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery."
"Returned to Sender" and "Undeliverable" Orders:
We do our very best to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible. We will ship to the address you provide. That being said, we are not responsible for mistakes or errors in your shipping address (like a missing Apartment/Suite/Room Number) that lead to your package being "undeliverable" or "returned to sender".
If your package is considered "undeliverable" and/or "returned to sender" due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will not be able to refund you the shipping charges. In certain instances, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the product if/when we get the package back from the shipping company. ("Returned to Sender" packages can take weeks or months to be returned to the sender.) International packages rarely if ever get returned to to us, we can only refund you once the product is back in our possession.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your package is returned due to undeliverable address or refusal to pay custom charges in your country, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kelsey@axedr.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Hand-Crafted / Handmade / Hand-Painted Products
We take pride in offering Hand-Crafted / Handmade/ Hand-Painted Products like our mini guitar collectibles. Each item is uniquely crafted and painted by human hands, which means each one is different.
Being that they are all hand painted/crafted, none of them are going to be without their own minor flaws, such is the nature of individually hand crafted / painted items. These are not stamped out on an industrial mass-production piece of equipment. Each model is made of real wood and real metal hardware.
Just a quick tip about the guitar bridges and strings: We do our best to cushion our mini guitars for shipment, but the items get moved and shifted during their shipping journey, as with any other type of product.
The strings and bridges will likely move by the time they get to you. This is unavoidable, and easy to fix. The bridges on all models are "floating bridges" which are easy to reposition to your liking. I've also been able to get the strings of these in their correct position using a paperclip and just gently lifting and moving them over to their intended saddle.
Shipping Damage:
If your mini guitar collectible arrives with missing pieces or parts, it's likely due to shipping damage, and we'll be more than happy to replace it at no cost to you. Just snap a quick picture of it, and attach it to an email addressed to Kelsey@AxeDr.com .
